What is a keratin treatment?
Smooth, glossy, healthy and straight hair: who would not want that? A keratin treatment makes it possible!
You can:
- straighten curly hair
- just reduce frizz
- or reduce both curl and frizz
- and repair damaged hair*
*Very damaged hair may need several treatments to reach the result you want.
Our hair contains keratin naturally, but climate, chemical treatments, straighteners, dryers and the wrong products make it lose that natural keratin.
Different types of keratin are used, matched to you and your hair. The treatment either grows out or gradually fades from your hair (depending on the keratin used), so you are free to choose when to have it done again. Repeating it every 4 months is recommended.
The hair texture is transformed without aggressive or dangerous chemicals and without damaging the hair. Organic ingredients penetrate the hair, soften the sulphur bonds and hydrate it.
After the treatment
- Do not wash your hair for 48 to 72 hours.
- Do not let your hair get wet.
- No sport (no sweating).
- Keep your hands out of your hair (hands are slightly damp).
- Do not put your hair in a ponytail, clip or behind your ears (to avoid lasting kinks).
- After the waiting time you can wash your hair; always blow-dry it afterwards.
- After that, you can of course go back to your usual routine.
